Using the hub
These guidelines explain who the hub is for and how we keep it useful and safe.
Last updated September 29, 2026.
Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
The hub is for people who build with AI, are learning about it, or are hiring for related work in and around Fort Wayne. You do not need to live within the city limits to join.
Each person may have one account. Accounts and profiles must represent real people; organizational, shared, or misleading profiles may be removed.
What we expect
- Be honest about who you are and what you do.
- Share genuine events, job openings, projects, and other information that is useful to the community.
- Do not disguise advertising as an event, job, or community post.
- Do not post anything harassing, discriminatory, illegal, or that you do not have permission to share.
- Do not scrape the directory or use it to send unsolicited bulk messages.
The directory is intended to help members connect with one another, not to provide a marketing list.
How submissions are reviewed
Events, job postings, and other submissions are reviewed by an organizer before they appear on the site. This includes information submitted directly and event announcements received by email and processed automatically. Nothing is published without review.
We may make small corrections, such as fixing a date or broken link. We may also decline or remove a submission.
Including an event on the hub does not mean we endorse it, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy, safety, or quality of events listed by others.
Your content
You keep ownership of anything you post.
By posting content, you give us permission to display it on the hub and, when relevant, in the calendar feed. That permission ends when the content is removed.
Requesting a removal or correction
If something should be corrected or removed—such as your information appearing in a listing you did not create, inaccurate information about you, or a cancelled event—email hello@fortwayne-ai.com.
You do not need to be a member to make a request.
Availability and responsibility
The hub is run by volunteers and provided as-is. We cannot guarantee that it will always be available, complete, or accurate.
We are not responsible for interactions between members or for what happens at events, workplaces, or other opportunities found through the hub.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these guidelines.
If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we will update this page and its “last updated” date.
